             Ana Francisca De Torres was Chef Manny's grandmother and loved one who taught him how to cook. Chef Manny strives to recreate the experiences that his grandma provided to her family during his childhood in Venezuela. 

             He worked in some of the best restaurants in the country, including Nobu, A-16, SPQR, Quince and COI. His wife Katerina has worked for some of the most respectable front of the house teams, at Caesar's Palace Casino, Luce and In Situ.

             Chef Manny and Katerina have opened 5 restaurants without the help of investors and have been a husband and wife team, with him in the kitchen and her managing the front of the house.

              They visit the Farmer's Market regularly to handpick the freshest, seasonal ingredients and with these they create an updated menu daily. They offer the Francisca's experience, a four course tasting menu, as well as a seasonal a la carte menu.
